Jonathan is one of the founding partners of Bastian Hancock Stynes Lawyers. He completed a bachelor’s degree in law with honours from Swansea University in the UK in 2007. He was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2013 after moving to Melbourne.
Jonathan has forged a reputation as a formidable and astute commercial litigation and insolvency practitioner. He represents clients across Federal and Victorian jurisdictions, and interstate where necessary.
Jonathan has significant experience acting for liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy in claw back claims, in addition to acting in complex disputes between shareholders and in relation to property and securities.
