Admitted to the ACT Supreme Court in December 2017, Ruth has worked extensively in complex private and public sector commercial transactions, and is highly skilled in identifying and managing legal and reputational risks.
Ruth has significant experience negotiating and drafting Commercial and Retail Leases, as well as assisting clients with leasing and property related disputes. In addition, Ruth advises on the sale and purchase of businesses; incorporating companies; and provides guidance on share sales, and shareholder and unitholder agreements.
